Presale items CAN NOT be combined with in hand items. Purchases for a presale are NON REFUNDABLE as the funds are used to put that item into production. Items can take upwards of 6 months to complete. Communication will be shared via private Instagram group. Presale art will never be identical once transformed into an enamel pin. Colors will vary, effects will add dimension - all in all changes will be made to ensure the best possible product ends up in your collection(s). The goal is to fulfil orders with Standard Grade pins, but based on inventory, Seconds Grades may be used to fulfil orders. These will be dispatched in the order with which presale spots were claimed.
